Jesus said, “Whoever has seen me, has seen the Father.” (John 14:9) So if you want to Know what God is like? Take a LOOK at JESUS! Because “We discover the Knowledge of God in the face of CHRIST.” (2 Corinthians 4:6)

Watch JESUS’ LOVE IN ACTION as you read His-Story in the Gospels: Watch as he feeds the hungry, heals the sick, gives sight to the bind, restores the dead to their loved ones, and cheerfully forgives wrongdoers with kind words like these, “I do not condemn you, go and no longer do wrong.” (John 8:11)

Why was Jesus so willing to forgive wrongdoers? Because, “God was in Christ: [He] was reconciling the world to himself by NOT COUNTING their wrongs against them; and he has entrusted to us this message of reconciliation.” (2 Corinthians 5:19) Because as Jesus said, “God didn't send his Son into the world to CONDEMN the world, but that the world MIGHT BE SAVED through him.” (John 3:17)

Jesus came to rescue us from devil: for as the Scripture says, “Since [God’s] Children share flesh and blood in common, he himself also shared in the same; that through death HE MIGHT DESTROY HIM who had the power of death, that is, THE DEVIL; and free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery for their whole lifetime.” (Hebrews 2:14)

Yet most people don’t realize that they are actually enslaved to the devil; because they’re so busy just trying to survive in his cruel world, that they don’t stop to think “Whose voice am I really listening to?” But “Don’t you know that to whomever you present yourselves as obedient slaves, you are that one’s slaves?” (Romans 6:16) That’s why the Bible calls the devil: “The chief ruler of the powers of the atmosphere, the spirit who now works through the sons of disobedience.” (Ephesians 2:2) That’s why the devil could boast to Jesus, “All their kingdoms, and all of their authority, has been surrendered to me: and I give them to whomever I want to!” (Luke 4:5-8) Jesus knew that this was true, because Jesus himself called the devil, “The ruler of this world.” (John 14:30)

So Jesus came to ‘change our minds’ about God, so that we “might come to OUR senses and escape from the DEVIL’S TRAP; because we had been TAKEN CAPTIVE BY HIM: TO DO HIS WILL!” (2 Timothy 2:26)

So now ‘WE HAVE A CHOICE!’ We can choose to love and follow Jesus or continue to serve and follow the devil, and receive his reward (Revelation 20:10); because God has given us the right CHOOSE whom we want to follow. But since we chose not to serve God; the devil was able to take us captive to do his will.

Of Course OUR CHOICE SADDENED GOD; because God Loves us and He wants ONLY THE VERY BEST for us! (James 1:17) And that’s why God said, “Oh, if you had only listened to my instructions: you would have had peace flowing continually like a river, and rightness rolling over you like waves of the sea.” (Isaiah 48:18)

But “The god of this age (the devil) has blinded the minds of those who do not believe, lest Glorious Light of the Good News of Christ (who is the exact likeness of the unseen God) should shine on them.” (2 Corinthians 4:4) Satan has blinded people’s minds to the Goodness of God, by telling them, “All of your problems are God’s fault!” So the devil accuses God of committing the very evils that he himself has done, by calling them “The Acts of God!” When in reality they are “The Acts of Satan!” and the acts of those who “DO HIS WILL!” (Remember! Ephesians 2:2)

Think about it: if God’s will was actually being done on earth, Jesus wouldn’t have told his disciples, to pray to the Father, “May your will be done on the Earth, just as it is done in Heaven!” (Matthew 6:10) So THAT’S WHY Jesus “Went about DOING GOOD, and HEALING EVERYONE WHO WAS OPPRESSED BY THE DEVIL; because GOD WAS WITH HIM.” (Acts 10:38) So God is not the problem, THE DEVIL IS! Because as Jesus said, “The Thief (the devil) only comes to steal, and to kill, and to destroy! But I have come that they may have life, and have it in all its fullness!” (John 10:10)

But Jesus didn’t come just to destroy the works of the devil: He also came to teach us, To Love one another, like God Loves us! Because God cannot allow us into Heaven unless we truly have a ‘Change of Heart’ & ‘Choose’ to Love God & Others: because if He did, Heaven would become even more messed up than the Earth! (See Revelation 21:27 & Matthew 25:31-46)

Think about it: If you were God, would you let someone, who doesn’t care about you and your family, live with you for Eternity?

So Jesus taught his disciples, The Meaning of True Love: “You’ve heard [people] say, ‘You are to love your neighbor; but hate your enemy!' But I tell you, Love your enemies, bless and speak good things concerning those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who persecute you: That you may become the Sons of your Father who is in Heaven.” (Matthew 5:43-45) “Love your enemies, and do good, and lend expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great! And you will become the Sons of the Most High: because he is kind to unthankful and bad [people]. So be compassionate, just like your Father is also compassionate.” (Luke 6:35-36)

That’s why Jesus’ disciples also taught us to “Be imitators of God, like Dear Children, and WALK IN LOVE, just as Christ also LOVED US.” (Ephesians 5:1-2) Because Jesus said, “THIS IS MY COMMANDMENT: You’re to LOVE others; just like I have LOVED you.” (John 15:12)

But if Jesus had not came and demonstrated GOD’S LOVE FOR US: we would have never known True Love! Because since we live in a world that lacks compassion, one that’s controlled by the devil! Even our love has become selfish: because we only love those who love us. “Therefore, GOD DEMONSTRATED HIS LOVE for us in this way: in that while we were still wrongdoers (enemies of God), Christ died for us!” (Romans 5:8) “For GOD LOVED the world to such an extent; that he freely gave his only born Son: so that who-ever trusts in him, would not perish, but have eternal life!” (John 3:16)

So “We Love Him, because He first Loved us! [But] if a person says, “I LOVE GOD!” but hates his brother, HE IS A LIAR! For he who doesn’t love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?” (1 John 4:19-20)

And that’s why the Father now only has One Commandment: “THIS IS HIS COMMANDMENT: We’re to TRUST in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ; and LOVE one another, just as he (Jesus) COMMANDED.” (1 John 3:23) That’s why the Paul said, “He who Loves his neighbor has fulfilled The Law.” (Romans 13:8)

For people are not going to be judged by ‘The Ten Commandment’ but by ‘The Law of Christ!’ The Ten Commandments only taught people NOT TO WRONG ONE ANOTHER: but the Law of Christ COMMANDS US TO LOVE EVERYONE! So when Jesus returns, He’s going to judge everyone, According To How They Have Treated Others! So if you want to go to Heaven? YOU HAVE TO LOVE BOTH GOD & PEOPLE! (And that’s ‘A Fact!’ Matthew 25:31-46)

But you don’t have be perfect: YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE A CHANGE OF HEART and RETURN TO THE LORD! For the Bible says, “Let the wicked person forsake his way and the unrighteous person his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, and HE WILL HAVE COMPASSION ON HIM. Return to our God, BECAUSE HE WILL FREELY PARDON YOU.” (Isaiah 55:7) So God says, “Come to me now, [and] let’s settle this,” says the LORD, “Though your wrongs are [as red] as scarlet, I’ll make them as white as snow. Though they’re red like crimson, I‘ll make them [as white] as wool.” (Isaiah 1:18)

GOD IS SPEAKING TO YOUR HEART RIGHT NOW! And He is saying, “I LOVE YOU! I don’t care what you have done; if you NOW truly want to Love & Follow My Son, I will forgive all the wrongs you have ever done! And we will come and live inside of you, and you will be My Child, and you will know True Love.” (See John 1:12)

GOD WANTS TO BECOME YOUR CLOSEST & BEST FRIEND: WILL YOU INVITE JESUS INTO YOUR HEART TODAY? If you want “To know the LOVE of Christ which surpasses knowledge, and be filled with all THE FULLNESS OF GOD”? (Ephesians 3:17-19) Simply tell Him so: “Jesus, today I confess you as my LORD and Savior. I want to know you, and walk with you in this life, and throughout eternity. Teach me to love others like you Love me. In your Name, I pray, LORD JESUS! Amen! (So be it!)”

If you prayed that prayer with a sincere heart,
“WELCOME TO THE FAMILY OF GOD!”

Always remember God is now your closest friend & He lives right inside of you! So begin talking with Him throughout your day, even about the little things, because He truly enjoys your fellowship!

Begin telling other people about God’s Wonderful Love, because everybody needs Love!

And begin reading the New Testament; because it will help you get to know Jesus better. But don’t read the Old Testament until you have read the New Testament through at least 3 to 5 times! Because the Old Testament is like 1,000,000 piece jigsaw puzzle that hasn’t been put together yet; but the New Testament is like the Picture of the Completed Jigsaw Puzzle, that comes inside the box! So once you SEE THE BIG PICTURE, then you will begin to be able to put all the little pieces together.
